“Well these guys are truly the best!!! I have a newborn baby and our heat went out on a Sunday night. I called 4 other heating contractors That said they offer 24-hour service and they didn't even answer the phone!!! when I called best Heating and cooling they answered it on the second ring and the lady was very pleasant to work with. Within another 45 minutes they had a technician out to my house. Matt was able to fix it right on the spot. I am definitely going to tell all my friends about this company. I walked in there expecting that I was going to have to overpay for the items I needed as this is a specialty store. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices on most things I looked at. There was a wide variety of, what felt like, everything. My first experience with the company was very professional. I stopped by their business and they showed me exactly what I needed, they even gave me a printed out price quote. I came the following week to pay for and pick up the equipment. Not only was payment quick and easy and they loaded my truck with the equipment but the owner remembered my name from the last visit. My installers Dan and Keith did an absolute beautiful job on every aspect of the install. I replaced a 35 year old furnace and A/C unit and they replaced almost everything! The sheet metal work was perfect and the new electric box was definitely needed (all part of the original quote). No extra costs and I did take advantage of the 0% financing. The Thermostat is way better than my Nest also.”
