“First time experience and it was amazing! I called the store about 35 minutes before closing to find out if they carried replacement screw backs for my daughters earrings. Jean was so helpful on the phone and told me to come on in even though they were closing soon and we didn’t know if we were going to be able to find a fit for the earring. I was greeted by smiles and was helped immediately. Jean came up to the counter prepared with backs that could possibly work for me and we found something that was perfect and better than the originals. I liked how Jean included personal stories of her own kids to let me know I’m not the only one who has experienced the randomness of this night. I will definitely be back!”
