It seems like they were very short staffed and as someone that has worked in restaurants, I recognized it and foresaw that my food would take a while longer than usual. But hey, it was made fresh and piping hot. Reading the reviews, I immediately noticed that the customers are ungrateful and likely not polite. The lady that took my order was out of breath, but once I came to the window, smiled and treated her like a human being, she was perfectly kind and pleasant in return. I would say that the problem with this BK is the customers. It's in a mall, in Joliet, need I say more? I will definitely be coming to this location more often. I can't say the same for other BKs in Joliet. I usually visit the one in New Lenox.”
