“I rented through Celtic for about a year and half. They were awesome. Their team was always understanding and helpful the couple times I made a mistake or was in a pickle. Air condition broke in the dead of summer, fixed in 1 business day no questions asked. Dishwasher wasn't working, fixed in 1 week. If you've rented before, you know this isn't always the case. Donna and Tim were always very nice to me as a young person with not a ton of work experience. I was able to have my cat live with me, which is very hard to find in the area I was renting. Online payment system was easy to use, and my building had the nicest people. Pay on time, if you have an issue call or stop in and they will take care of you. Just be sure you make the effort to ask when help is needed! I'm happy to verify this review and be a reference for Celtic any day. When I got the opportunity to buy my first home, Celtic worked with me to transfer my lease without penalty- UNHEARD OF!
