“A little slow on the unloading. I sat here for almost 5hrs. After 4hrs I checked and they said they had an issue with my product and will unload me ASAP .40min later I was empty. Other trucks seem to be getting out at a reasonable time. Not sure if they are good or bad at this point. Lady in the shipping office was nice as well as the gentleman that worked in the warehouse so that’s why I gave 3 starts. (ROMEOVILLE, IL)- Went back another time a week later and they had me out within a few hours. Added an extra start. My first trip must have been out of the ordinary.”
