“I always have great service at this branch, but today was above and beyond. Just when I've been feeling that customer service in general has really declined, I was pleasantly surprised today by a teller at this location. Besides being very sweet and efficient while helping me, I needed a stamp and asked if the bank sold them. She apologized that they did not. Then she went into her purse and gave me one of her own. She could have easily made me go across the street to the post office and get one. It blew me away!! This is way above and beyond. She's a truly kind person to do that for a complete stranger. I tried to call the branch to tell her manager that she should be recognized for this, but couldn't get through to anyone. I'll keep trying. I wish I would have gotten her name. Thank you so much for helping me out. You're a true role model for customer service excellence! I won't forget this !!”
