“After reading some of the previous reviews, I was compelled to write one of my own. I truly believe this is one of the best Chase branches I have ever been to. I have been coming here for years and have never had anything other than excellent customer service. Everyone, from the tellers to the bankers to management, have always gone out of their way to be courteous, friendly and helpful. Each time I walk in, someone greets me and manages my expectations. I usually visit the ATM at other locations, but at this branch I look forward to going inside and talking to the workers because its always a great experience. 5 stars for sure.”

“We opened a savings account at the Pure Point Glendale Heights office. Being baby boomers and having to title the account in a trust, I haven't had the confidence to open an online account. But Yuki made it such an easy application process. For the last year or so I have been thinking about opening an online account, but didn't have the confidence to do it myself. Pure Point, by having physical offices, makes it so easy. After Yuki established our account, Milos, the center manager , walked us thru the entire process of the online account. He answered all our questions, and made sure we were well trained. The next day, Yuki called me to see if I had any questions or problems. In all my years of banking, I have never had such a great experience. Pure Point has great rates, but even greater employees. If you are a senior, and a little afraid to open an online account, they are your go to bank.”

“I love this Chase bank branch. For starters I have a AUTO loan through them. I moved up here recently from Florida right after the hurricane Irene in August. I went in there to ask a personal banker for help with my quickly approaching paymemt date. They described a option that they afford customers in my situation who have experienced a drastic event caused by mother nature where they will postpone the due date for 3 months so that your money can go to expenses that help you through the devastation. It was perfect for me and really helped me out. The second time a personal banker helped was for a public notary to verify me signing off on my annuity papers at work. I thank the workers at this branch SO MUCH!!!”
