“Having worked in a bank long ago for 6 years I have a very good understanding for what consumers expect from their bank. I love this BMO branch. Everyone is very personable and service oriented. The branch manager Curtis is wonderful. He knows and greets customers by name and has never hesitated to ask what brought me in that day and then ushered me to get what I needed or many times has helped me himself. You can tell the staff that work there and the customers are treated very well based on watching the interactions. “This location is professional. Especially Andrea! Who attended me when I got off work and needed to cash out my check. I remember that I didn’t have my debit card or state Id but lucky enough Andrea asked me if I had Apple Pay on my iPhone and I said yes. At that time I didn’t have service but Andrea also told me that they had WiFi and I learned two things that day. That chase had Apple Pay and WiFi! I was so excited and happy. Her customer service and her memory of knowing about chase is excellent! I bring good hopes for her and the company!”

“After reading the reviews and during my conversation with manager i did mention about the ATM machine. She told that it has been fixed by REPLACING it, I went to this location based upon my experience from Waukegan. This branch was way different from Waukegan. Waukegan seemed flooded with people and there was no order inside. Everybody was running all over the place. I happened to talk to manager at this branch after VERY UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE from 1-800 service I wish all the branches had people like this one has. Manager herself got me seated and jump on my issue withing minutes. The manager took my issue as a personal one and got involved with it till all was sorted out. I haven't come across such nice service for a while especially in a service sector such as banking, hotels, restaurants etc. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with this branch i would request you to go inside and talk, i promise it will be fixed.
