I have very few problems with my Sonata but when I do they take care of it and never try to throw any blame on you just for breathing around it like some other places have tried to pull. They are straight forward and always have been. They also have a nice waiting room with some good coffee, snacks, charge ports and a TV to keep you going while they perform and work. Sometimes it can take long but that is to be expected when they are busy just like anywhere else.”
