“The Libertyville Mitsubishi service department is the best I have ever been too. I had a great feeling when I called and made my appointment a week ago. On the phone the service person was friendly, helpful and had a great attitude. Today when I went to the service center, the service person, Arron S. made everything easy. He was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make me comfortable and answer my questions. The waiting room was really nice and had the most comfortable chairs I had ever sat in. There was coffee to drink for free and there were two vending machines, one with drinks the other with snacks. The waiting room was spotless as was the Woman's bathroom. The service personal worked on my car were fast and Arron came out to let me know twice what was going on. Then my surprise, they washed my car. I knew I made the right choice when I bought my Lancer Mitsubishi and I know I made the right choice in picking Libertyville Mitsubishi Service department to be my service department. Thank you everyone who signed me in, serviced my car and to the wonderful lady that I paid my bill too. You all are super fantastic and I look foreword to seeing you all again for the routine care of my car. I honestly did not know that a service department and their staff could make you happy and comfortable, but that is just what this service department did.”

The only complaint I would have is the chairs in the waiting area were not very comfortable. I enjoyed that they added 2 tables & still had snacks for customers, but those chairs were very hard & bothered my back a lot. The service I received was great though, so it helped negate the comfort of the chairs”

“GREAT LONG DISTANCE PURCHASE! I bought a low mileage used Mercedes SUV from Napleton Westmont Porsche in November, 18. It is a beautiful SUV that I got at a great price. They price to move! Although I was hundreds of miles away and not able to see it in person I trusted them that it was in excellent shape. They shipped it to me and it is beautiful! I ended up having a cosmetic issue and a automatic seat issue but Westmont was able to address the problems to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Westmont to anyone in the market for a vehicle. It was great working with Dominique, who sold me the car. She kept me updated throughout the process. “Had a Great experience here, purchased an almost fully loaded E-350 from 2012, with 80,000 miles on it. My sales person was Luis Ortega. For a used car with that many miles they included an extra 30,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on the car, which I didn't expect to get a warranty on. At an extra cost of course but, being a european car the price for the peace of mind was well worth it. Happy to know I'm covered in the event of anything mechanical happening to the car after purchase. Tires, brake pads and as far as I could tell the rotors where all brand new OEM. The new tires on the car are Goodyear as well. I have pretty bad credit but they where more then willing to help me out. My APR is high but expected no less as this is great way for me to help restore my credit. I read all the bad reviews on here. Not sure where people are getting their negative experience from. If I purchase another Used vehicle after this one, it will probably be from them. Me and my friend who was there with me where also fed dinner once the deal was done, so that was a plus. If your a serious buyer, they are serious sellers.”

“CASTLE CHEVY NORTH SETS THE CAR DEALERSHIP STANDARDS!!! By far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I had the pleasure working with Norma and Damien (sales associates), Ed (sales manager), and Ray (finance). All four people were extremely courteous, patient, friendly, and best of all, NOT PUSHY! Our family was in the market for a new SUV so we purchased a 2019 Traverse Redline at an outstanding price. The process started with Norma (on two separate days). She was everything you'd want in a car salesperson. She was so nice, personable, patient and understanding. She is a true pro and many car salespeople would be much better off following her lead. She never ONCE tried to convince or push any tactics on us. If you're in the market for a vehicle, you must go in and talk with Norma! The third occasion was the day we decided to buy. Unfortunately, Norma wasn't working that day but we needed to complete the sale. Damien came in the picture and picked up right where Norma left off. He ensured us that Norma would get the sales commission so that put us at ease. Damien was wonderful as well. He was very professional, courteous, and expedited the process in a quick and timely fashion. He even took ample time after the sale was complete to show me all the features of the vehicle and how the infotainment system operates. Ed, the sales manager was excellent as well. Very friendly, humorous, and even sacrificed his lunch break to help us crunch the numbers to a deal that best suited our budget. Again, this was all done in such a timely matter that it BLEW our minds! Ray, the finance guy was also a pleasure. The paperwork was efficient and quick.
