After learning that I prepaid 3rd party, I was going to have to wait 4hrs for Thrifty to open. Abdul got a supervisor to help with the transaction and got me a into a vehicle. The only negative is that they should have more than one employee on hand during peak times "Monday morning" to check renters in and out. The wait was about 25 minutes to drop off my car so give yourself extra time.”

“I was in a bind the day I rented a car from Budget. My personal car had a transmission fluid leak and had to leave it at the car repair shop. I had about 45 minutes to find transportation before the Budget rental store closed. I went to Budget and made it there 15 minutes before closing and the customer service rep was friendly and accommodating. He helped me get the right vehicle for the right price. One of my reasons for choosing Budget is that they are the Only car rental store in the area open every day of the week including Sunday. ”
