“Had a water pump replaced on a Lincoln MKZ and was told by several other shops that they wouldn't do that repair and to call the Ford dealership, because of how extensive the job is. Was quoted almost 3k at the shop it was towed to and 2 weeks to complete. Called Duncan's and they quoted me half the 3k and it took them less than 3 days to complete. They were awesome!!!
