“Where do we start ! With the good stuff of course 😊 We had an unexpected incident in need of a tow on a Sunday morning. Andrew’s customer service over the phone was simply enough to feel relaxed already. He was out to us within the hour despite being on another job. He showed up, put our minds at ease and loaded us up onto the trailer. He dropped us off at the shop with our home on wheels ( we have been on the road for almost 4 months in our little home) and when we arrived they levelled out the vehicle for us so we were still able to live in it while they looked at it ( as the damages were causing a steep angle of the vehicle) . They offered us to stay beside their shop, offered us power for our Campervan , a heater as the winter nights are approaching & anything else we may have needed. Such hospitality. Monday morning we were able to talk to Ron inside the shop and said he would get to look at it As soon as they had a moment, understood, mechanics are under the pump when it comes to work… and a big job like this… they squeezed us in THE NEXT DAY. Got us a very reasonable quote for the work and the repairs that were needed. What a quick fix from a pretty disastrous situation as we were on a mission to get back to Canada before winter. Thank you Clete’s & team for the rescue and great customer service! Above & beyond.”

“First off I would like to Thank Jim, he did a grade A 100%awesome job. I have a great foreign mechanic, so I asked him did he know anything about diesel, he said he didn't but knew someone, well that service turned out to be 3 long weeks of garbage , there were just doing trial and error. After charging me $800 bucks to change a fuel pump that was working. The only thing i can say about towing company is stick to towing and not mechanical work. So after 3 weeks of nothing I did aome research and found one of the best mechanics i have met in a long time. Jim had my truck for 2 days and already knew what the problem was. 2 weeks later the man re-did a whole my whole entire exhaust system and its running stronger and better than before. YOU ARE THE BEST! GOD BLESS YOU!!!!”

“We shopped several local dealers after spending several years looking at different manufacturers, models, and floor plans. Diamond Trailer Sales had the most friendly, no-pressure sales people by far. Rob patiently showed us several models that were in-stock, and answered all of our questions. Not finding quite the right unit in-stock, we decided to shop around some more. After discovering a new 2020 model that met our needs, I engaged Diamond Trailer Sales through email to obtain a quote. I was pleasantly surprised that a smaller dealer provided a timely response. We worked out the options, and I was able to place an order without even returning to the dealership. While waiting for delivery, Rob and Steve were both very helpful and promptly returned my calls and emails with questions. When the delivery day arrived, Steve (President/Owner) personally handled the sale and answered some additional questions I had about the unit. The technician provided a comprehensive walk-through and answered questions as well. Again, there was no pressure to rush through the process, and we were very happy with the delivery process. If you want a no-fuss, no-frills, relaxing buying experience, it's worth paying Diamond Trailer Sales a visit. They may not have a tremendous in-stock selection, but they can certainly help you select and order whatever suits your needs. They also seemed to have a good selection of parts and accessories in the store as well. He kept me informed throughout the process and answered all of my questions promptly and was so kind. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He even came out when I picked up my vehicle because I thought there were still scratches, but it turned out to be residue from the glue used to put the sensors back in. He cleaned that as well as wiped down any soap spots left behind. Then after I left, I realized I had left my keys in the rental car. Without hesitation, he told me he’d go out and grab them for me and have them ready for me, even offering to bring them out to me whenever I was ready to pick them up.
