“One of the kindest Drs I've ever had. He is NEVER in a big hurry as so many Drs are and do treat their patients. He is nothing like that. He listens to what you're saying. If I need a few more mins of his time he ALWAYS gives it to me. He listens to me and my concerns. He is one the best Dr's I've ever dealt with. God knows, I've had many thru the years. I wish I didn't have the troubles with my health and the back issues that I have, that started more than ten yrs ago. But since I do, I can't think of a better Dr to handle my problems. He's not only my Dr, I now consider him a friend. I tell him everything. If you can't tell your Dr anything, who can you talk to about your health issues? Exactly. I give Dr Gunapooti a 10 out of 10 on the ratings chart. HE IS THE The ONLY DR I TRUST ENOUGH TO ALLOW HIM TO GIVE ME INJECTIONS IN MY BACK!!! That alone tells anyone reading this just how much I trust him. I don't, nor will I, ever allow anyone else to do what he does to try and make it bearable for me, to just be able to crawl out of my bed on any given day of the week.”

Next, he was my father's doctor when he was forced to live with a catheter, and a very trying time was handled with patience and care, and empathy. He's also helped myself and another family member with bladder issues. He's patient, really kind, helps you get through some embarrassing tests and procedure with kindness and a gentle spirit. His staff is so professional, and nice. They are always willing to go above and beyond. During the times with my dad, I had to call them all the time, and his assistant never minded my many hysterical phone calls. I can't recommend him enough for all issues regarding kidney and bladder issues. He's right on top of all the latest treatments, and is so patient and listens! ”

“This is my first EVER experiencing a Hampton Inn that did not rate 5 stars! As I am a Hilton Honors members, I've always expected...and experienced ONLY the best from the Hilton brand! This hotel in Matteson, IL did NOT measure up to my expectations at all! The Front Desk agent was the beginning problem ...the room itself was the OTHER problem!Oh well, I guess 1 bad out of 10 isn't too bad! I certainly will not consider staying at this hotel again if I ever need a room in that area. Sorry. This was NOT the HILTON standard.”
