When he arrived, a very apologetic employee said they had marked our order as complete in error, and that they hadn't shopped our list yet. They offered to get the groceries picked and deliver them for free - so we took them up on that offer. When they arrived, they actually delivered our order for free (not just the delivery fee) - we didn't have to pay for the entire order! We were both blown away by the customer service and really appreciate them going the extra mile when they made a mistake. The employees were extremely respectful and apologetic and we will be using their Click List service again!”

Clara took the order and let me charge my phone, because I couldn't find the particular arrangement that I was shopping for on their website. She walked me around the store so that I could choose the flowers I wanted, but heck if I know. I just know that I wanted one red rose in the arrangement to symbolize my intent. Clara gave me a price, that was very reasonable and I added a little more to that. Voila! It worked. She called later that evening, to tell me how much she loved them. I could hear the happiness in her voice. I think these flowers have definitely helped show this woman my kind side. I think she is more receptive to my intentions now. But we are taking it slow.
