We walked in and made an inquiry about Basett Furniture Beds. The salesman took us directly to the Bassett Furniture showroom. He was very knowledgeable and did not try any pressure sales tactics like other furniture stores. We had some homework to do on colors and staff follow was again thorough and knowledgeable. Candy at the reception area was so great to deal with. I had issues with leather I did not purchase with them, yet she went out of her way to help me sort it out.
