I must also commend his support person, Annaly , she is also an excellent communicator and is very helpful (in precision and cheerfulness)with scheduling appointments and giving reminders the day before. I observed her speaking fluently in both English and Spanish to patients which adds additional value to this office! She also politely and efficiently communicated with my primary care physician to work out with him and my HMO to ensure that I have a complete understanding of what my out of pocket costs would be upfront and I really appreciate that extra mile because of much confusion and time that I had to spend with my former leg brace provider, I am very thankful for the excellent work from this team at Comprehensive Orthodics and would highly recommend them to you for your ambulatory device assistance”
