“This school's aim is to teach discipline and self defense, not to train your child to be in the UFC. I was enrolled here during high school and my time here was incredibly influential. I was taught humility, respect, and self control and would not be successful in my school/work life without the lessons I have learned here. Top top it off I was in the best shape of my life while enrolled as the classes are taken as seriously as you make it, each child learns at their own pace is all. To refute another review, the "weird stances" are to teach proper balance and control. A green belt is very early on in the progression, a perfect roundhouse kick is not expected for even the most experienced black belts. Mastery takes years, and the student in question is a child.
