It's also a mental challenge to get you to do something that can be scary, but ultimately so rewarding! Can we also talk relationships? Camaraderie here is important and we all build on each others' success so why not cheer each other on? Our gym has become a happy place for me, a small escape from the chaos of life where we try fun, new things and make each other laugh and feel better from whatever the day held for us before class. And how could I ever do something so challenging, and continue to do it, if I didn't wholeheartedly trust the instructor? When you're upside-down or high above the ground, trust in your instructor is imperative. Tera has helped me learn patience with myself, trust in my ability, and faith in what is possible. I could not ask for a better space to be (safely) adventurous!”
