“To respond to the woman's review below... while I feel anyone can post whatever they like, it would be best to at least get the facts clearly stated before bashing this clinic. Your daughter was in need of my help. She forgot to bring in her insurance cards on her initial visit, so it's impossible to tell her what the benefits are without the card. I treated her anyway, as she was in significant pain. When she returned for her follow up, we were able to see her insurance cards and you were informed that we would verify benefits the following day. By your third visit the benefits were given, and since I was out of network, the benefits were different than if I was in network. The insurance covered my practice, just at a different rate. When you decided to end care that day, we allowed you to have a payment plan without hesitation. It only works when we actually get paid a reasonable payment in a responsible time frame. Collections didn't occur until 7 months later, after failure to respond to several letters and/or phone calls. You can have your opinions, but please don't lie in an attempt to smear me. You will never meet a doctor who cares more than I do.”
