They will greet you while scanning your items and Not just grab your items and start scanning without saying anything. They also say have a nice day upon your departure. This may seem small to some or petty but good customer service Always keeps me coming back. At the beginning of the day or ending of a day is a Great Thing to be Greeted. You never know what a difference it makes. The store was well kept and stocked. Prices have gone up and of course that's Everywhere!! But with the Food Lion MVP card & coupons it helps a lot. I saw what amazing care they provided my daughters and decided to go with them for my orthodontic treatment. Dr Bock has great chair side manner! They are absolutely amazing and very efficient. Every time I go, they get me in and out. I had a few brackets pop off and they took care of me every time without complaints. Everyone there is so friendly. Rosanna is an amazing assistant and always took great care of me! I also had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Shiloh a few times and he was just as awesome.
