“I came to Pablo after doing the Couch to 5K running program. I was able to run a 5K after a few months of building up endurance when my hip starting to ache so badly I had to stop. I have several friends that go to Dr. Pablo for a variety of aches and issues, so I decided to give him a call. I’m so glad I did! Pablo not only knows the human body and how it works, he is also a great teacher. He’s taught me over the course of just a couple months what my body needs to stay safe and strong by providing me with some simple exercises that take very little time out of my day that I can do at home. After a couple weeks I was back to running virtually pain free and am now working with Pablo to continue getting stronger and up my running game. When I run now I feel stronger and more centered.
