The studio is always clean and you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I have taken over 1,000 Barre Code classes, and I still am challenged with every class I take. I love that it is a fitness studio for all ages and ability levels. Modifications are always offered. One of my favorite things to do is take classes with my mom, sister, and aunt at the Barre Code! The class is fast paced but structured to raise and lower your heart rate throughout which I have seen the best results for my fitness journey.
