“I was contacted by Apria on 12/16/2022 by text that my oxygen equipment was ready to be delivered. On this day the rep called me at 9:15 pm and said he would be at my residence with in the hour to set up my oxygen equipment He was my residence at about 9:50 pm He showed me a photo of the equipment that was sent which was a home oxygen Concentrator and a bottle fill system I thought I was getting a portable oxygen Concentrator and the home oxygen Concentrator that is what my respatory therapist said he was going to order. The rep was very through and explained how to utilize all the equipment so far so good. He did not have a carry bag for the portable cylinders so I called the supply department and the person I talked to is going to send me one. No problems so far. Mark”

They lost my script, never got the correct paperwork from Drs office & then brought me the wrong wheelchair. It took a few months for all of this to happen. I called Med West & they had me a new chair within 2 weeks. Assured me if I need anything else I know where to go! Being disabled is hard enough of a physical & mental challenge without having to worry about getting the correct medical tools to help me. I can’t thank them enough for doing such a quick, great job in a timely manner. I know where to shop now for all my medical supply needs. I worked on the insurance side of the company, there is room for growth. If you come to work everyday and meet your quota for the day there will be no issues. Supervisors and team leads are always willing to answer questions and if you need more training they will help you with that as well. If you come to work with a negative attitude, then most likely you’ll get a negative response.”
