Although, I somewhat agree with many comments about rude and worthless employees based on my previous experience, I must commit that my most recent experience was different. Ms. Osman helped me with my case and she exactly knew what needed to be done. She completed whatever needed to be resolve the issue and asked me to expect a call from her supervisor same day or next. I did not receive the call but I checked online and the matter was resolved in next week after my visit. Her supervisor also did his/her part but may not have gotten chance to call me. Ms. Osman was very polite, respectful and helpful. Those are the type of people who makes your day when you are expecting the worst.”

“The reception staff were extremely friendly and kind and had a really cute dog! And my hygienist Chris was EXTREMELY competent. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was clearly very well-versed in the software and hardware he was using on the job. He also kindly made an adjustment to his cleaning method when I told him my teeth were very sensitive (in the past other dentist offices have simply forced me to endure the pain). The doctor (I don’t recall her name) was also excellent and very kind and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this office!”

“This facility is beautiful and well furnished. They have a great staff that is very helpful and willing to assist in any way that they can. They understand that this process can be challenging and work with you to create the best possible outcomes for your loved one. Even in the wake of Covid-19, they have continuously put the residents first and worked with families during this difficult time. They have such an amazing mission and really tailor their offerings to what the residents want to learn or participate in. They also have great amenities - a communal kitchen for cooking lessons, a workout room for group fitness classes, the art studio for classes, the library, the theater, the spa, and a hair salon. As you can see, the list just goes on. Beautiful facility and workers, inside and out. Having such a top tier facility housed very close to us in La Grange has been a blessing.”
