“My daughter was released on July 3rd after being there for 3 months rehabbing from a broken ankle. I was very pleased with the care she received there. She said the food was very good. Crystal was absolutely awesome. She took susan under her wing and made sure she was comfortable. Laura the activities director is like the energizer bunny always on the go, she does an excellent job keeping the residents entertained. Robin who is at the front desk is also an awesome worker. There are so many staff members that do a great job it's too many to mention but know if you need to put your loved one in this facility they will be taken care of. My daughter did bond with Irina, her night nurse, she really liked her.”

“I have been a patient of Dr. McDonough's for about 4 years and he is AMAZING! Not only is he an excellent physician, he really takes the time to talk with you and answer any questions. I have read the reviews and I do agree that the front office staff could improve with the follow-up of test results without multiple phones calls. This honestly does not bother me too because they are a very busy practice. I have had appointments rescheduled, however, these are respiratory specialists and during times like these, I cannot imagine how crazy busy they are. I would never go anywhere else!”

“My father was brought into the ER when he stopped breathing and suffered cardiac arrest. The ER staff was amazingly supportive and straight forward in explaining that although his pulse and breathing restarted at the hospital, that his prognosis was grim. In the ICU his nurse Karen was as kind and supportive to us as anyone could be. She spoke to him by name as she cared for him. Stroked his hair and supported our grief as we said goodbye. Your Critical Care doctor ( I am sorry I do. It remember his name ) was kind and gentle in letting us know that my dad could not recover from this. For 12 hours he was kept comfortable and when he passed away it was peaceful. Your staff let us grieve and say our goodbyes. This was the worst day of my life— but your wonderful doctors and nurses made it bearable with their support. Thank you to each and every one of them”

I first found out about Raden after my building held a B12 event (or I believe Be Well) and I grabbed information regarding IV Therapy. When I went in for an IV, I was met with highly trained registered nurses, who calmed me at my fear of needles. They were knowledgeable about the IV I was getting, and asked me questions to tailor to my individual needs. The front desk staff was so easy to work with, and accommodating. “Between my 2 surgeries and my hospital stay all within the last 2 months I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with everyone I’ve interacted with. Dr. beer done wonderful on my surgery and explaining everything. The anesthesia team were so friendly and educational and my nurses both pre op and on the OB floor during my stay were amazing . One of the nurses even came to see me to check on me when she seen I wasn’t her patient that day. This was a very traumatic time in my life and they made it as easy as possible for me. Forever thankful for them.”

“I ended up taking my mom there yesterday and everyone from the nurses to registration were great and attentive to her situation. They even called today to follow up if she needed help connecting with her primary doctor. It was such a pleasant ER visit and the wait time was beyond reasonable compared to other hospitals experiencing 6+ hours. It was a little bit of a drive for us but best choice we made. Will highly recommend this place to friends and family and definitely go there in future for any emergencies.”

“Had my first appointment with Dr. Koch today (consultation). I was received, processed, and brought into examination room very quickly. Nurse did intake and vitals and told me there were two patients ahead of me. Ok. Well after an hour I have to admit, I was starting to get very annoyed-probably had some attitude when Dr. finally came in. But after a few minutes with Dr. Koch, all my anxiety was gone. He was absolutely wonderful, great bed side manner, I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. He assessed my situation, made his recommendations, and I was extremely pleased. Moral of story-be patient (no pun intended). Good things come to those who wait. Highly recommend this knowledgeable doctor.”

“I had appointment with Dr. Tami Boren the other day. I haven't been to the doctors in about a year due to a busy work life. Setting up the first appointment was easy and to my surprise they were able to schedule me in quickly. I have a myriad of health problems and Dr. Boren showed the upmost compassion and conveyed a sincere abundance of empathy, that I have yet to experience from a Doctor. Prior to making an appointment I read the reviews and found a few complaints about staff treatment. I will speak my mind on this. When it comes to the medical field you can be negligent or you can be verbal. You have the chance to help save someones life or they could die under your care. “This is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. Dr. Zaleska has a great bedside manner, she listens attentively and she makes you feel like you have someone in your corner. My insurance needed a pre authorization for a prescription, which would have taken forever to be approved, if at all. Dr. Called in a comparable replacement right away. It’s hard to find a compassionate doctor these days. Not only is this doctor great her nurse is amazingly kind!! Thank you nurse Jody and Dr. Zeleska!!!”
