So as my husband and I just purchased our first home, my father highy recommended him for his quality work. Pat came by right away, and was a genuinely nice guy. He was very thorough with explaining his cleaning process and how to treat the carpeting after completion. Pat took care of about 4 rooms in our finished basement and it took less than 2 hours. “If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We have 2 small dogs that have lots of "accidents" throughout our home. So much so our carpets should be replaced, but we hired D-Pro carpet cleaning instead. Our carpets look brand new & there is not even a hint of urine smell!!! Over the years we have used other carpet cleaning services & none have gotten urine smell out and looking as good as they do now. Would highly recommend for anyone & especially fellow animal owners!
