Pete came to the house and showed me samples along with measuring the rooms. I met Pete's wife Delia at the showroom leaving a deposit and scheduling a installation date. The carpets were installed on time, at a fair price, and the two guys that installed the carpets worked meticulously. I highly recommend this company! One year later... “Can't beat the price, I use them over 2 years now, overall its a great experience, they will do work in time, and do it sooner if you need it. But sometimes you get what you pay for, here and there I will get a shirt that still has wrinkles, and they won't fix it if I show them, they will explain that you pay just for machine ironing, so pay for hand ironing if you want a better result. Last time when i dry cleaned my jacket it came with some dirty spots back so I had to finish cleaning it home. Overall its ok, and I will keep using them, but there is way for improvement.”
