He was very professional and sympathetic to my position and told me he would be here within 30 minutes of my call. He arrived as promised and it could’ve even been less than 30 minutes! I would highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security! David recommended a deadbolt which needs a key to be locked which would replace my regular door handle lock.
