Police Station and spoke with Officer Mediana, regarding a bad situation with a bad tenant...she told me not to go alone and to call 911 when I arrived and wait for the police to come...she was very kind and understanding and for that I Thank her very much...the next morning, I arrived at the building and called 911, and again spoke to a very kind lady. She dispatched the police and shortly after they arrived to help me with my situation. Officer Rubio and the other Officer(I apologize for not remembering his name), were very kind,understanding and made me feel safe and calm...I cannot Thank them enough for staying by my side the whole time and so very much appreciate both of them for their assistance...Keep up the Awesome work that you do! “I WAS VERY HESITANT TO CALL IDOT this morning!! Well from past experience from call State Police Dispatch who rush you of the phone or have a slight attitude and have no concern to what you're saying and rush to disconnect the call! BUT I am glad I did!!!! Call IDOT to report and an abandoned car on the Stevenson on the 1st right lane! Disaster waiting to happen!!! I didn't get the IDOT Dispatchers name but I just wanted to commend his professionalism and his down to earth concerning attitude!! I explained the location of the abandoned vehicle in the 1st right lane facing EAST AND supposed to facing SOUTH on the Stevenson e-way! The Dispatcher was talking trying to picture where I was describing and was calm polite and VERY nice and down to earth!!!!!!!!!!!!! I THANK YOU for assisting and ALL your Services to US Citizens and Illinois!!! GOD BLESS ALL WORKING ON STREETS OF CHICAGO & ILLINOIS!!!!”
