Officer Sparks walked us through the ins and outs of what to do, and what not to do, when setting up our car seat. He was very patient, informative, very polite, and had a lot of tips and tricks to offer. Make sure you give yourself a little over an hour if you are meeting an officer one-on-one. If you think this class is a waste of time, It's not! and it's a Free class, so why not do it?! Thank you to Officer Sparks and the Streamwood Police Department for you time and service!”

“The Lake Zurich police department does a very nice job and seem to be very fair and professional. One officer in particular, Pat Stone, is a super nice guy and he goes out of his way to help you. He is an outstanding officer. However, there is one officer who is totally incompetent named Scott Frost, who is rude, unprofessional and not very bright. I'm not sure how this putz ever got hired. He's a total moron. Nevertheless, the rest of the department does a great job.”
