Got stuck with a 100 mile block, and when you bring that to their attention they tell you to read your terms when you signed up well nowhere in the terms does it say you have to do 118 mileblock that I just did today on 1/24/23..... FLEX IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Buy a small car if you want to make any money and don't listen to the large vehicle required for 4 hour or longer routes!”

It’s not climate controlled, and to be honest, somewhat basic, but we’ve used them for the last 5-6 years and never had complaints. Their opening hours are not always convenient but they tell me they’re reviewing them so people can access at the weekends. Do that and you get 5 stars for the value”
