“This is such a fun store to wander around in. They sell all type of science items from pre-packaged kits to individual parts and pieces. They also carry loads of the most random things imaginable like wooden beads, colored string, army hats and rubber chickens. You never know what you'll find. Each item is labeled with a very funny hand made sign. I shop here for science related items but I also find great material here for art projects. Plenty of parking available.”

They started selling cigars here again so I stop by and talk to one of the guys that work there who is asking me about what type of cigars I would like to see There. “Support you local shops!! This place is such a great asset to the neighborhood and the owner and staff are so helpful. They almost always have everything I need, but today they demonstrated how they can go above and beyond when something rare isn't in stock. My central AC unit went out today with the city issuing excessive heat warnings. I needed to replace the start capacitor, but couldn't find it anywhere in stock on a Saturday. H&B didn't have any either, but Joe took the time to suggest some places that might have them and still be open. Sure enough, I was able to locate one and repair the unit for less than $20 versus the 10X cost of getting a repairman out on a Saturday for a 10-minute job.”

“The guys in the automotive paint department are very knowledgeable about their stuff. They were able to color match the paint on my classic car when I lost the paint code. Props to these guys. I will definitely be back if I ever need anything else. Reasonable price for the paint too, while everybody else wanted 250-300 to match the paint. I got it here for 89 dollars. Needless to say, I'm a happy camper ????”
