His initial communications and visit to provide a quote were professional, efficient, thorough and surprisingly the most affordable (we feared he would be the most expensive looking at his social media and prior work). He provided guidance and advice throughout as we had general ideas for what we wanted but his expertise helped make sure we got what we wanted in a practical manner. His partner Tony was also great to have around - they were professional 100% of the time and never a bother. Their glass vendor during measurements and installation was excellent as well (100% professional, reliable, provided great tips). Mike frequently checked in on our needs and was happy to address our concerns/changes when they came up. Highly recommended!”
