Their fish selection is amazing, and we have found their staff to be very knowledgeable about fish care and very friendly. They also have a huge selection of aquariums and decor. Maybe you pay slightly less at the local big box pet store, but this place is worth any extra cost for their selection and expertise. We also picked up a handful of ember tetras today and were pleasantly surprised they were on sale for half off (and CHEAPER than the big box stores, most of which don't have ember tetras).
