We initially called Tiger to fix an issue and were quoted outrageous amounts but we found a price that fit our needs and got the fix necessary for our water heater situation. A couple of months after our repair we had another issue arise, we called Tiger again and was quoted another outrageous amount, this time we contacted Crafton for a second opinion and wow the difference not only in knowledge but the price quote as well was drastically different. To top it off the lady who answers the phone is a delight. Crafton has a repeat customer from here on out.”

“Seriously the best doctor ever! Dr. Springer is an example for every doctor out there. She actually cares about her patients and it shows. She is patient, kind, understanding, non-judgmental, and incredibly competent and talented. She was able to successfully perform a surgery that other doctors either refused or told me I’d lose organs if they performed it. I don’t trust anyone else to deliver my babies either. I moved out of state and still travel ridiculous hours just to see her as my OBGYN. I live in a city with a renowned healthcare system and have yet to find anyone as good as her. She kind of puts every other doctor to shame. When I was recovering in the hospital, every nurse and doctor that came to check on me were blown away at how good my incisions looked and begged to know who did my surgery. She is seriously as good as they come. Never rushes you, listens to and believes you, and is willing to try different things and get creative to not just care for you medically but to also honor your wishes as much as possible as the patient.”

“Your pets are in the best hands & care of Dr Nieman & his staff. I highly recommend this animal hospital. I arrived in Shiloh when I PCS’d to Scott AFB Oct 2020. After searching through multiple local vets, I chose Freeburg Animal Hospital because of the caring & kind staff, availability in scheduling on short notice, and Dr Nieman’s compassionate heart. My dog has always been leery around men but the good doctor’s baby-talk made her feel comfortable & allowed him to check her. (Apparently dogs really like this.) So we have been coming here from the start. After 13 years by my side, my sweet Rosie passed away on Friday, 13 Jan 2022. We were lucky to have an attentive staff who made her comfortable before her final moments. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
