He was in a different Bethesda facility in St Louis post surgery and there is no comparison! Alton Memorial R+T is smaller but is clean and bright. I have never had a dentist who I could reach so fast in an emergency. His work is impeccable. Having gone through several procedures I can personally vouch that he has saved my smile countless times. His office staff also goes above and beyond with their kindness and relative knowledge to their field. I am on a first name basis with all of them. Everything about his office blows me away whether it be the air filter machine when you first walk in to help clean the atmosphere to prevent germs or the high tech scanners they have that replace having to do impressions for implant insertions for people with a predisposition for gagging more often. “I ordered an autumn bouquet for my son and his wife's anniversary. I spoke with Betty who was most pleasant and she took down all my information. She said they would call before they delivered it to make sure my son was home (sometime after 3pm). At 11.30 he got a text from the neighbors that he had flowers at his front door. The neighbors took them in. His wife sent a picture of them and said thank you, and that they were beautiful. However, the picture showed pink and purple flowers, not autumn colors at all. The card did not say what I had asked for. I called the florist and talked to George who was most embarrassed and said he would have the owner call me. Bill called me that same day and wanted to make it right. He redid the order and contacted my son to swap the arrangements. He and his wife were both at work, so no one would be home to do that. When he got home, he was surprised to find another arrangement! Even though there was a mishap, I was most impressed with how they handled it. This is a family owned business and it shows with their customer service.”
