My apartment was newly updated when I moved in, and pre pandemic any issues I had were repaired quickly. During the pandemic, only ER issues were repaired, which I understand, and appreciate their responsibility towards tenants and employees. When I visit the office, I'm always greeted and helped by the nicest lady. My property manager Marissa has always been responsive and helpful, from assisting with unit repairs, to minor issues with neighbors. When I let her know I was looking for a bigger space, she was diligent in helping. I'm looking forward to renting at another location with a company I trust.”
