“I had a wonderful experience with Joe, Brian, and Kelly. We were preparing to list our home for sale when we discovered we had hail and wind damage to our home. It was important for us that our home owners claim and subsequent roof replacement be done in a timely manner. This company came through even though we did have some delay on the part of our insurance company. Kelly is affectionately known as the "Bulldog" in her efforts to not give up with the insurance company and she came through with flying colors. The original estimate from the insurance adjuster did not cover all the repair needed and Kelly kept going back to them until we were satisfied. Joe and Brian were present periodically throughout the day of the roof install to supervise. The roofers were as careful as they could be about our extensive landscaping, laying down tarps to protect the plants during the tear off of the old roof. This was a big job and they had it completed in one long day. When they were done, the guys did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris. Roof-Masters did a wonderful job from start to finish!”
