“My stay was excellent because of Chris (in person) and Haley (by phone). Period. Best customer service and friendliness I've seen in a long time. Chris spoke with my veteran dad and I casually and he really seems to enjoy his job. Location is great, and the American flag was hanging right by my window! Great stay, and I would recommend this hotel. It's very close to shops and restaurants. Hospital across the street but not congested at all.”

The work was accomplished in a reasonable time period and we feel comfortable with the warranty. We understand exactly what work was done and why. We never feel pressured to add on more maintenance when we can only pay for one repair at a time. All of the staff are extremely friendly and I don’t think I even cross paths with an employee that doesn’t at least say “hello” or “good morning.” The store is always well stocked and I have never had an issue not being able to get what I can for. A shout out to the folks who do the loading in the back, it’s nice not to have to load half a ton of feed!”
