They applied a silicone product that doesn’t crack however it does stretch pretty cool because after 2 days of rain I had no more leakage. “I had a large branch fall on my roof on a Saturday night. There were three punctures in the roof and the rain started to come in. I contacted Austin on Sunday afternoon and he responded immediately. Told me they would be out first thing Monday morning. We had major storms in the forecast, with rain coming for 13 straight days. Austin was early for our appointment - assessed the damage - and had a crew and supplies here within the hour. His crew patched the holes (as it started to rain) to ensure no further damage. He provided prompt estimates and invoicing to me as well as my claims adjuster. Couldn't have gone smoother. Austin is polite - efficient - and does quality work. Hopefully, I won' t need to use him in the future but I won't hesitate if necessary.”

After having some issues with my buddies van and being outside of the warranty Bob took care of it and got it covered, when he could have easily said “Sorry, you’re outside of your warranty”. After leaving the car wash and going for the vacuum I noticed the back end under the back window didn't really get cleaned. The sides of car The bottom two feet didn't clean well either. The floor mat cleaner didn't accommodate my floor mats. The employees were wonderful. One even brought my car magnets out to me since they fell off during the wash cycle. In the future I'll choose the cheapest way and remember to clean the sides and back end on my own.”
