  Mary Moyers provided exceptional service. Even while single handedly moving appliances to their appropriate places, she managed to explain every appliance, the purchasing process, and indulge me in measuring them --even though she explained that they were standard size. Her expertise and knowledge made me feel comfortable in my purchase. I walked away with 6 appliances for my new home. I thanked Mary profusely because without her, I wouldn't have new appliances that I feel comfortable returning to your store for future purchases. Because of such great service, others will be returning too. My mom has already been planning her return to make a purchase or two of her own. Thank you again Mary. You've gotten yourself life- long customers, Sears.

  The service at the Portage, IN location was great. My opinion for the company as a whole, prices need to be more competitive. Phones and computers can bring various retailers pricing at the touch of a button. Sears is the highest, most of the time. Craftsman though a good brand, most retailers offer exchange on their tools too. I hope this company finds a way to stay around.
