I ordered a flower arrangement for a family member who was in the local hospital. When he was released early, Ritter’s picked up the arrangement from the hospital and delivered to my family members’ personal residence. I thoroughly appreciate the customer service to go above and beyond to make sure the arrangement got to the right person!! Highly recommend!

My parents in Decatur, Indiana celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. My sister, brother and I all live far away, so we had to place an order sight unseen. They did a great job on the corsage and boutonniere we bought for them to wear to church. My parents were very happy with the quality of flower, and they delivered them on time without any problems! I recommend this florist!
