“Dr. Kristin Will is honestly the most incredible, loyal, down to earth, always cheerful, compassionate, motherly, educated pediatrician I have ever met! Our family is completely BLESSED to have found her and have her car for our 3 boys! She isn't the type who rushes to antibiotics, actually she would rather do all she can to prevent it IF possible. Dr. Will ALWAYS does all she can to make time to see sick kids even if the schedule is "booked". She hates turning kids away. This DOES NOT mean that you can get in to see her even if they do say she is booked but If she CAN then she ways does her best! Her team is very busy but always does their best. I know that when I leave a mychart message or call the oncall. . . I will get answered or taken care of quickly! This review is about DR. KRISTIN WILL and for those who put 1 star or some low rating because of a staff member (who must have had an off day because I have yet to encounter a rude staff member out of the hundreds of times we have seen her) then they are in the wrong. Don't rate Dr. WILL because of a staff member, NORMALLY parkview doesn't allow doctors to pick every or sometimes any staff members depending on the situation. When you gave an awful rating it went directly towards Dr. WILL. If you have a personal issue with her staff, contact her office, tell Dr. Will, but don't rate it on her and then at the end of your review say how she was great. You JUST gave HER a bad rating. We love you Dr. Will!”
