I called on Friday morning and talked to Paul. My college age daughter had been involved in an accident nearby while on her way home from college in Ohio. Her car had damage to the front bumper and we did not know if it was "driveable" for the rest of her trip home to Minnesota.
Paul told me he would take a look at the car and do what he could to help.
My daughter and her friend were back on the road after Paul reattached the front bumper, applied automotive tape and screwed the license plate back in place! He did not even charge for his time or materials!
What a wonderful Christmas gift and excellent customer service for a college kid and her mom from Minnesota!
