Justin was AMAZING. Let's be real, mattress shopping sucks, but Justin took all the stress out of an otherwise sleepless process. He was incredibly knowledgeable when helping us decide what mattress would work best for us. He was extremely patient, servicing us during at least 4-5 separate trips to the store, and never once pressured us to make a purchase. There were some amazing deals he helped us take advantage of, and even made us aware of other deals that were not readily advertised. When the first mattress we went with didnt work out as we expected, he was very accommodating and made the sleep guarantee that Mattress Firm offers a seamless and painless experience. We could not be happier with the mattress and adjustable base that Justin helped us find, and will surely have many years of quality sleep as a result. Next time we need a new mattress, we will absolutely be seeking Justin out, and so should you!
This was my first mattress shopping experience with my husband. WILL our expert was present, professional and personable. He took the time to get all our needs meet and gave us time to think through all the options. Definitely would recommend store and all their experts help.

Sean at New Braunfels location was excellent, let him know I was a previous employee of Mattress Firm and Sleep Train. He didn’t try and pressure us or give us inflated pricing. I waited to write this review until things were all wrapped up (Purchase and Delivery). The purchase was pretty easy as I made it over the phone. The salesman Sean (sorry if I spelled wrong) was very helpful. They have this process where it sends an E-mail and you pay that way. It didn't work for me as I just moved and I was still waiting on bank to process address change. Best guess. Anyhow, he went ahead and locked in the order so I could keep my delivery time and I went in and paid the next day. The guy on duty was very customer focused and had me wait while he took care of the present customers needs. I'm okay with that as I would hope for the same treatment.
The delivery was pretty easy. Typical two hour bracket. Automated system called and said 20 minutes out so that was nice. They were quick in getting my old mattresses out (RV mattresses and a week old) and will donate to Habitat for Humanity. Win all around!
Final thought:
I think they seem like pretty good folks and if I wanted a normal mattress, the sales staff are quite knowledgeable. Pretty sure they will find a good fit for you!
Don’t remember the gentleman’s name but he helped us out very fast and had our beds delivered the next day. Gave us a huge discount savings us hundreds of dollars. They helped us find a bed we didn’t even know we wanted and it wasn’t some kind of cheap sales pitch they could we were in a hurry and wanted to get this done quick. We would 100% go back and buy again!
