I met and sat with loved ones, the guest speaker seemed to be well appreciated by the congregation, I felt his sermon was too damning and condemning.
I don't attend church because I'm perfect, I go to help me cure my life's shortcomings, promote a positive image of christians in today's society, and learn about the Gospel of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
The congregation's warmth and compassion I witness when I attend this Church of Christ is a reminder that our nation still has good people, most of them want to do the right thing, many want to make a difference, be a positive influence in the lives of the populace.
I attend this church when I'm in town because of how blessed I feel when I am in the midst of all that love, warmth and compassion!
