Dr.Dowling is hands down Allen County's best Family Dr.
Absolutely love going to Dr. Dowling. I bring my entire family to see him - even got my husband to visit the doctor for the first time in years. He's an impressive doctor, very knowledgeable and his staff are very friendly, too.
Adore him, as well as his staff! Open minded. Listens. Gives great feedback. Above all he makes me, and my entire family, feel valued and cared about. I have NEVER had a bad experience in the office. I do not have one bad thing to say about them. Fantastic staff and personalities!
Called first thing in the morning to get an appointment for my sick son. Received a call back in half an hour. Got a same day appointment. We didn't even sit down in the waiting room - straight in to see Dr Dowling. Staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor is wonderful and my son feels very comfortable with him. And he feels better today!
