  Not crowded in the least. A big plus. Staff was knowledgeable about products on offer and friendly. Service with a smile is provided. Shelves we're well stocked and a variety of items available ranging from furniture to kitchenware to home goods to entertainment and outdoor living.

  Friendly courteous and helpful staff. Store open and not cluttered. Easy to shop. Very enjoyable shopping experience. I'd recommend the Marysville Big Lots.

  We bought outdoor furniture.LOVE IT! Brian the store manager was excellent, took care of us from start to finish. All furniture showed up on time 2 days later. Having worked in retail for 31 years, this was a great experience.

  This was my first experience buying a wig. The staff was so helpful and they stayed within my budget. I tried on so many wigs not knowing what I wanted and they were so accommodating. They gave my tips on how to care for it and their prices were very reasonable. They were honest on what looked good and what didn't and I appreciated that so much! I will definitely be going back.

  The staff is ALWAYS kind and willing to help find whatever it is you are looking for. They give you honest opinions and have the greatest variety for the best price in Fort Wayne hands down.
