    Very pleased with this location. Nahian Choudhury provided excellent customer service and conducted himself with a professional demeanor. I have used this location a few times over the past few years and I was very pleased with today's interaction. I will be promoting this location to friends and family.

    If I could give them 10 STAR I would.
    Took my grandson's Switch to replace the cracked screen. Turns out, the screen was fine, it was the screen protector that was cracked. Amount charged $0.00. Just have to order a new screen protector, which unfortunately they don't carry.
    Any other person would have said nothing and charged me to fix the "supposedly cracked screen".
    I wish I would have asked the very trustworthy gentleman behind the counters name. THANK YOU. There's hope for humanity after all.

    I had my IPad Pro screen fixed here. So far the screen looks great and works perfectly fine. The 90 day warranty on the screen if it doesn’t work properly is also a peace of mind. Michael and Matt were very professional and they have EXCELLENT customer service here. The price was very reasonable as well! I highly recommend them for your next screen fixing.

    I have been with this facility for a couple years now. I have more than one child who attends. The staff that works at the facility my daughters go to are professional, polite and helpful. With good staff members, I have chosen to stay here

    I have been with Rainbow Child Care since the day it opened.
    (4 years ago).I can't express how happy I am with them.I have never had issues at all with Rainbow. The staff is friendly, caring and I never have to worry about my children. I have been to all the classrooms and they are always clean. I would recommend Rainbow to anyone! I have been to other daycares and have had issues where the classrooms were very small for the amount of children in the room. Rainbow's rooms are very large so the children are not on top of others. You can also check in on your child by reviewing the camera's in the waiting area. They also email you each day to let you know what you child did that day. Best decision my husband and I made 4 years ago! :)

    Rainbow Child Care Center of Fort Wayne is a dream come true for our family. The location has easy access from both directions on a busy street. They have a safe, little door for all the little people going in and out of the facility. With state of the art sign in system, pick up and drop off registration is a breeze. All the staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. It's a brand new building, so every room, every toy, everything is new, clean, and beautiful. On Sunday, our 5 year old son asked if it was a Rainbow day. When we told him he had to wait until the next day, he was sad and wanted to go right then. Morning routines are easier when our kids know they get to attend Rainbow for the day. The gym is large and they have computers in each room for the kids. For the adults, there are video monitoring cameras in each room so when you go pick up, you have the ability to watch your kids before they see you.
